Who is Alchemy Coaching for?

What is the contract length and schedule?
Twelve-month contracts with three sessions per month. You may end your contract with one month's notice.
What is a Success Map? May I see an example?
A one-page blueprint for how you want to live, lead, and grow. It holds your vision, purpose, values, Enneagram, regulation formula, and quarterly focus. We begin with your Personal Map, then create Organization or Family Maps as needed.
Can I hire The Alchemy Network for a single Success Map?
Yes. We hold a limited number of by-session spots. That said, the deepest transformation happens within an ongoing coaching relationship, and most by-session clients choose to go deeper once they're ready.
What does "collective coaching" mean? Why three coaches?
You're supported by three coaches, each with distinct strengths. Sessions are tailored to what you need in the moment, and everything remains confidential within your support team.
How can The Alchemy Network support a business? Do you work with entire leadership teams?
This is our most impactful work. We begin with each leader individually, focusing on their personal Success Map and Enneagram, because a leadership team can only align around a shared vision when each leader is first clear on their own.
Once that foundation is in place, we bring the team together to create a Business Success Map aligned around vision, mission, and BHAG, and run team Enneagram workshops that deepen empathy between leaders and throughout the organization. When your leadership team experiences whole-istic success, the business naturally thrives.
